1. Agreement to Terms

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of jiji8 services shall not exceed the amount of funds you deposited into your account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability. This limitation applies regardless of whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. By using jiji8 services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
